I was talking with my SIL this morning and she asked if I had a recipe for Italian Fruit Cake (yellow or sponge cake with fresh strawberries and peaches and whipped cream frosting). I don't have one and I looked on Allrecipes.com, but didn't find anything there. Does anyone have a good recipe?
