Recipe for Boneless Salmon Fillets...

How do you cook it, broil/bake/fry? What seasonings do you use? Thanks!
 
I like to put it in foil with a little white wine, lemon and a little butter or olive oil and then bake the whole thing for a while--yummy!
 
I make a mixture of mayo. garlic salt, black pepper, and thinly sliced onions. Put that on the fillet and broil it until the mayo. mixture comes nice and brown. Check the inside of the fillet by sticking in a chopstick or skewer just to see if it is done. You can also put thinly sliced tomatoes onto the mayo. mixture before broiling.
 
This is the only way our family eats salmon:

SUGAR-GRILLED SALMON

1 1/2 lbs. salmon fillet
1/2 c. dark brown sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. dry sherry
4 tbsp. butter, melted

1. Place salmon in a disposable aluminum foil baking-barbecue pan. Place fillet skin side down in pan.
2. Combine all remaining ingredients. Stir until sugar dissolves. Pour over salmon. Let sit 15 minutes.

3. Place foil pan over hot coals, gas or electric grill. Cook until salmon just begins to flake, brushing with sugar sauce while cooking. Do not turn fillet. Be careful not to overcook salmon. (Note, if heat is too high the sauce will burn.)

4. Drizzle sugar marinade sauce over salmon and serve. Makes 4 servings.
 

I just drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, garlic, cayenne pepper and onion powder and bake it in the oven.
 
I put salmon in the oven with lemon, butter and parsley. S&P too.
You could also use lime instead of lemon. Hope you find some tasty

Thanks everyone, time was of the esscence so I steamed it in a frying pan with water and oil with lemon and garlic salt. :thumbsup2
 
Paul Prudomme Blackened Redfish seasoning! - just place the salmon on foil, sprinkle the seasioning on it & fold over the foil. Barbeque or bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
 
Salmon on the grill.. yum...
Throw it on the grill with any or all of the following..
pick and choose.. garlic salt, butter, olive oil, dill, lemon

Dang it is good!!!
