I received my first reward via amazon gift card and it worked great. I was wondering if you choose the paypal reward how does it work? Is it a gift card? If so, can I transfer that to my bank account? Thanks

It's not a gift card. The money goes into your paypal account and then you can either receive a check from them (minus a fee, I think) or transfer into your bank account.
