Are you allowed to provide your own centerpieces and other decor??? Who sets it up?? If we do, what is the time frame?? Trying to save money by doing some of it on our own. Thanks!!

If you’re in a ballroom, yes, you’re allowed to provide your own decor. Disney will do something like 3 pieces per table setup without charging you a fee (I think- don’t quote me on that though). After that it’s an hourly rate of I think $35 per hour with a minimum of 3 hours.
