From the small amount I know (not a financial person) I say "BIG bravo, Disney, classy moves to make hard working CM's feel appreciated!". What do others think?

Interesting and glad to see a bonus going to the CM.

So if I'm understanding this correctly, a PT employee receives the same bonus that a FT does? Bonus structures I've typically seen in corporations were on a merit-based system.

I'm not a labor attorney but I wonder if the current contract necessitates any bonus be paid equally and regardless of scheduled hours. That would explain not only everyone receiving the same payout but it being equal for full time and part time employees. Either that or they want to make it easy on HR as far as payroll goes.
