My wife and I stayed there in a standard King for three nights over New Year's. I was a little leery of it based off of some of the reviews I'd read online, but we were very pleasantly surprised by the Swan. We found the rooms to be very nice and spacious. The bed was incredibly comfortable and everything seemed really well kept. I'm also very sensitive to mold, mildew, and dust and I found our room to be very clean and not bother my allergies at all. The AC/heat worked well for us and the staff was great. Not as good as a normal staff at one of Disney's hotels, but very helpful nonetheless. They even worked to get our room ready for us to check-in at about 1 PM. The only thing we didn't like about the rooms was how small the bathroom/closet area was for just two of us. The bathroom did have two sinks (one in the bathroom with the shower/toilet and another in the outside closet area). To us, the sink in the actual bathroom wasn't necessary as it just took up space. I can't speak for it now, but at that point their transportation was very consistent in coming every 30 mins, though we did walk over to Boardwalk to catch the Disney buses several times simply due to the proximity of the bus stops at MK and DS.
It ended up being a great stay, and given the lack of DME starting in 2022, we'll definitely look at staying at the Swan/Dolphin more in the future!
