Recent Spoodles Reviews?

Has anyone dined at Spoodles recently? If so, when, what meal & how was it. It used to be one of my favorite places to eat in the World. I haven't been there in a while & was wondering if it was still good or if there had been changes for the worse since I dined there last in 2001. I have plans for both a breakfast and a dinner there this April..........

Not too recent, but we had a great meal there in April 2003... we all loved it!

I was there iN NOv 2004. I enjoyed the meal but have to be honest the steak was not a tender cut of beef. Overall it wasn't bad, I would go there again, I just wouldn't order the beef again

We always have at least one breakfast while we're visiting WDW. Spoodles never disappoints. We love to dine very late in the evening. When we do, we usually order just tapas and flatbreads. In December, 2004, the service and the food were very good.

We ate there in December, Leota! We always enjoy Spoodles!

The original tapas menu has been cut down, though. You can still make a fine meal out of appetizers but it's no longer the focal point of the restaurant. I had a chicken with olive dish.....I always have it and it's delish. I think the pastas are always a bit too soft, though. Everyone enjoys their meals there, though and we return over and over.

I love their breakfast still (even after they change from buffet style to family style). but their dinner isn't quite as good as before.
we went there last november, i had the paella which was really dry and my friend had a chicken dish which was just so-so... nothing exciting.
the appetizer was good but they were really pricey for what you get.

Overall I think it'd be good to go there during lunch, dinner isn't worth it though.
Breakfast is absolutely great...

Yep, you're right. They don't serve lunch unfortunately.
