Our normal town car service is no longer operating and I need to book a car to take us from WDW to Port and back to MCO. Does anyone have a good experience and recommendation to share. We've had some great experiences but also some now so great in the past that I'd like to avoid. Thank you

i use tiffany towncar and they are reliable. free grocery stop if you request it at time of booking

Thanks for the information. Any other recommendations or reviews from recent trips??

i have used Tony Hinds.

he provided excellent service and cheaper than most of the others.

We used Tiffany and had no complaints at all. They were on time and very courteous. Used them from the Orlando Amtrak station to the resorts and back.

I appreciate all of the responses. I've encountered a problem that the earliest pick is 10am and we need to be picked up earlier - has anyone found a service that can accommodate a pick from WDW prior to 10am?

I've never encountered a car service that won't pick you up before a certain time. That's very strange.

Per FL Tours: 10am is their earliest pick up to go to port due to their scheduling of going back and forth to port on cruise days.

I understand because it could throw off their whole schedule.

We used Tiffany May 2012 and everything was perfect. We used them again May 2013 and it was a Huge mess. I booked the reservation well in advance online. Called in our credit card info exactly as instructed. They picked us up and when we got to resort I went in to check in and my dh waited at car for them to unload our luggage. When he came in the limo driver had demanded Cash payment in full. My dh told him it had been taken care of already. Nope, would not release our luggage until paid. We did not wish to use the cash we brought on that. I called them several times to see what the problem was and Never got a call back the whole week. I understand there can be mistakes made but I'll never deal with a company you can't even call or get call back from. Hope this helps someone.

This is why we won't be using them this trip. Have used them numerous times, but want to get to port when it opens. So far I did not see a time limit for happy limo, I was just checking them. We had used them a lot but had a dreadful experience and am concerned about going back.

ITA. That is just bizarre. I would never use a car service with "rules" like that.
Tiffany has always been great to us. We aren't the usual MCO to WDW folks, either.
Sometimes we need transport from WDW to downtown for a few days, and then to WDW, then finally back to MCO. I give them my schedule and it's always worked well. If I have a change, I call. They are very helpful.
One other note: We like to get to MCO early on departure day. I choose my own pickup time, and put it in the notes. When my confirmation comes, it's always my chosen time.

We used Tiffany Town Car last week - they were great. Prompt, courteous, clean cars.

We used Tiffany in October and they were great. We've used them about 7 or 8 times so far for various trips in and around WDW. This past trip was from WL to Port Canaveral, and I think we had a 9:30 pickup.

We also have a soft-spot for Tiffany in that one trip they were able to do a same-day pickup at WDW within an hour or so after our cat got really sick back home and we had to rush to the airport (we had already paid for round-trip, so didn't want to take a street taxi.)

I think the 10a pickup rule is a DCL request/policy/rule. DCL check in begins at 11a. I don't think DCL wants mobs of passengers in advance of check in time.

I don't know the consequences if a company routinely violates the guidelines. I don't know if DCL can have the companies permit to pick up at the Port suspended or even not allow the vehicle to enter the Port prior to the designated time.

I suggest calling the company and asking about an earlier pick up time. A company might not be willing to formally offer an early pickup time on their Webster but might be willing to do so on request. Maybe ask about making a grocery stop on the way to the Port. Either make it a fast stop or skip the stop.

Rent a car and you can arrive at Port whenever you want.
