I always use Randys, but only for the larger sized wheelchair, not an
ecv.
They are not one of disneys preferred providers, so you will actually have to be there when they deliver the ecv and I think their delivery hours are 8-5.
Be specific as to where you are meeting them, outside the resort versus inside the lobby etc.
Last time they were a little late for the drop off,but said it was due to rush hour traffic etc.
I have always been very pleased with them and am booking with them again for my mother/son trip on Aug. 28th.
I know we have to call them after we pick up our luggage at the airport. Then I add in a grocery stop at the hess mini mart so its probably another 45 minutes till they get there after we call etc.
