recent pics at VWL? Is it worth making res.?

We currently have a reservation for a 2br at BLT in August. I really have no desire staying there because I do not like theme at all. It just looks cold and stale and too fancy for our liking. I watched videos and even the pool area has fancy music playing lol We originally booked it because of location and can no longer switch to Boardwalk area but am considering VWL. Our concern is obviously the construction and the lack of quiet pool. Thoughts? Are there any recent pics of VWL?

VWL will still have plenty of construction going on. We own there and have removed it from our schedule until 2019. That gives them plenty of time for construction completion, landscaping to be established and CM's to be trained.

If you are a view person, there isn't much of one except of construction. The noise of the vehicles backing up would drive me crazy.

If you really don't like the design of BLT, you could consider SSR. There are great views there and you have all the dining options at DS. However, you would only have two bathrooms. BLT's 2BR has 3 bathrooms and a pull out chair in the living room in addition to the pull out couch.

Thanks for the info. We own at AKV and we love the 3 bathrooms at Kidani.. It is another option we might consider.
