Recent Navi journey wait times in the morning

So I'm thinking about going straight to Navi river journey at rope drop. This will be in Oct, park opening at 9am. Is it safe to assume we should have minimal waits for it if we get there first thing? I know people are suggesting 90 minutes prior to park opening for FOP, but I can't imagine the same applies for Navi. I'm assuming I will be able to get a FP for FOP since it's like the 8th day of my trip and we are staying onsite, so I'd like to not have to plan another day to go back to the park for a Navi FP. Is this a safe assumption?

You can arrive about 20-30 min prior to park opening and ride NRJ 1 or 2 times with minimal wait.

This is our plan for our upcoming trip. We'll be going to AK twice on our trip and I was able to get FOP FP+ for both days. One of our AK days has EMH at 8am so hoping to go straight there at rope drop and ride Na'vi River Journey without too long of a wait and then head over to Everest to ride a couple times before that line builds.

This is my plan for my upcoming trip (My AK day is 4/17). I have my FOP FP ready to go, and plan to do Navi at RD.

This is our plan as well. I was able to get FP for FoP, so we're hoping for rope dropping Na'Vi without too much craziness.

We have a PPO ADR at Tusker House, and plan to circle back to NRJ right at rope drop time - hoping it works in our favor!
