We were at WDW the week following Thanksgiving. We arrived at MCO and were at Magical Express by 11:30 am only to find it beyond mobbed. I have used this service many times with little crowds or waiting but this time it was an absolute zoo. Every line for every resort was completely full and then some. The line at the Magical Express counter was running down the concourse it was so long. I'm not sure even what that line is for? Maybe someone can enlighten me. We had our ME tickets that we'd gotten in the mail and were able to walk straight into the bus line for our resort. I'm not kidding, there had to be 300 people in line at the counter and I was just curious why?
Once on board the bus it was a very quick trip to Port Orleans French Quarter. I think we were the 3rd stop but the driver had told us that before he left MCO and said he'd be spending only 5 minutes per resort and he did.
On the way home we used airport check in at the hotel and didn't have any luggage to take on ME. Again we were the 1st of 3 pickups but it went pretty quickly. They picked us up 3 hours approx. before our flight departure time so we had time to eat at the airport.
Despite the long line initially and the airport being way too hot while waiting, i'd use ME again without hesitation.
