Hello,

Can someone tell me what is currently being offered at the HRH - Club Level. Would love to know how long the offerings are available. I believe it closes 9-10 pm, correct?

Thank you,
m

We just got back from HRH and have stayed there on 4 different occasions - club level each time. We found this stay to be the worst as far as food offerings in the club lounge. This is the first time there were concierge employees handing out the food. (This was usually for the night time snacks). But it made you feel quite intimidated if you dare ask for more than 2cookies. Breakfast was still very plentiful - your typical continental breakfast offerings. The appetizers offered from 5-7 seemed very skimpy. All in all it seemed to us that they had really really cut back and we would really have to think long and hard as to whether we would pay the extra money again.

we just got back as well
yes at night they were handing out the sweets with tongs etc I asked why as before we just helped ourselves but they said that kids not being supervised by parents were grabbing and putting back etc yuck

breakfast was plentiful

apps were great each night was themed and there was plenty
our favs were wing night and philly cheese steak bites
fajitas and beef empaladas sp?
there seemed to be enough for my family as the kids alsolove the veggies dips and cheese crackers

We have a Deluxe Double Queen (we want the 500 sqft room for the five of us)...but are intrigued by the club level service...Are there rooms of this type available as club level ?

yes there are a few maybe 4 on the club level. We got it twice out of 10 stays. Luck of the draw. We always request it but it is hit or miss.
We booked a kids suite on club level this time to guarantee us the extra space.

good luck

Anyone know if Eugene is still in the club lounge? He is a great guy and my kids loved him. Couldn't do enough for the kids.

I LOVE your avatar! We have 2 Goldens. We found our male (PJ) about 11 years ago, and we adopted our female (Goldie) about 8 years ago.

I actually called HRH today and they stated that there are NO Deluxe Double Queens (500sqft) at HRH ON CLUB LEVEL, only the regular 375sqft rooms...

Did you try the PBH--its rooms are larger Standard 460 sq, deluxe 490, kids suites 650 sq

We had 2 clubl level rooms in Aug. and one of them was the standard 375 sq. ft. room (the kids had this one) and then we were pleasantly surprised with a larger room that included a pull out sofa bed. The room was larger to accomodate the pull out and the dressing area was larger. It was an added bonus because we did not request this.

Just called the HRH front desk, and they informed me that I was told incorrectly by reservation department..There are four (?) Double Queen Deluxe rooms on CLUB level, but they cannot me reserved...they are a first come-first serve basis at check-in, and $100 more/night...

That makes more sense, since I read they did indeed exist..

you can upgrade top club for $100.
sometimes they say less for that upgrade.

if you have 5 people, it might be worth it for the breakfast and beverages for the morning and the snacks and drinks for the afternoon/evening time.

the double queen deluxe rooms are the same size on all the floors.
yes, only 4 of them to a floor.

call now and have them put you on a Wait List for the opening of one before you arrive or while you are staying there.

i upgraded one time while i was staying there.
did regular for one night and then the next 4 upgraded to my original list by being on the wait list. ;)

macraven - how do you go about getting your name on the wait list for a deluxe on club? Do you call the club level or front desk to request it? Thanks
