I'm looking for general information on recent experiences that anyone may have had with the Grand Californian concierge level. I've read the super thread and done searches, but just wanted to solicit and see if anyone who had stayed recently (in the last year or so) had any insight on offerings and wanted to share their experience.

Thanks in advance to anyone who feels like sharing!

It just so happens that I check in about 4 hours ago to the Grand Californian concierge room. I have a thread "Live Disneyland Updates" where you can ask questions and I am tweeting the entire trip @ykstivan . Let me know if you have any specific questions. I will be here for 5 days.

To the OP - I will be staying in a Grand Californian concierge room next weekend. If you are still looking for some info I can give you some specifics.

Thanks. Yes. I am back from my trip as another poster mentioned. I detailed my experience here, if you're curious: http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=3012045.

NOTE: The thread sort of ended up focusing on the theft issue but, I gotta say, I almost didn't include that part, because I really did feel like it was an anomaly, outside of Disney's control and, honestly, there are plenty of possible explanations for how/where/when/why it occurred and I'm sure I never really will know what happened and we really did end up with the "hope they needed it more than we did" attitude as we are lucky enough not to have the amount that went missing be the be-all, end-all of our vacation budget. (Don't get me wrong, it's not nothing to us, but it's not like when I was young and really poor and losing $140 would have spun me into financial chaos.)
