I'm considering the possibility of corrective eye surgery in the next year or two (planning ahead to save, use the company medical savings plan to lower taxes, etc next year). Anyone have it done recently who can share experiences, costs, etc.?
I won't be using one of those $500 per eye places, we have a very good eye surgeon here in town that I'd use (others in the family have gone to him, so I trust this one!). Already know I'm a good candidate for the surgery from my regular eye doctor, just haven't ever been in a position to have it done in the past. Tired of spending hundreds on contacts and such and not being able to see without them or glasses.
