I think my daughter will freak if she can meet Minnie -she seems like a tough one to find at meet and greets or character meals- lets keep our fingers crossed that she is there in April!!

Minnie Mouse can (currently) be found at:
Adventurers Outpost @ Animal Kingdom (only place were Mickey & Minnie regularly meet together).
Pete's Silly Sideshow @ Magic Kingdom
Character Spot @ Epcot
Red Carpet Dreams @ Hollywood Studios

For meals:
Cape May Cafe (breakfast)
Chef Mickeys
Ft Wilderness Backyard BBQ

I know she is "the hostess" of the breakfast at Cape May, so that should be a sure thing.

10 minutes on Oct. 26 at open and was right by the entrance to Pixar films (just look left as you enter). Got Mickey Minnie and Pluto right at 11am. You do need to show your card for entry

DisneyRewards.com still shows the Epcot location hours as 1 pm to 7 pm daily. DHS Location (Kylo Ren) is open 11 am to 4 pm daily.

Yes - just checked my notes - we did lunch in the booths at 11am and back for picture at 1pm. Sorry for the confusion.
