Recent experience for wait times for Millennium Falcon just before park close?

I was just curious if anyone has any recent wait times when entering the Millennium Falcon queue at the end of the night?

On September 26, I entered the line around 9:35 and was actually flying at 9:59 (based on photo time stamps).

There's a photo? I hadn't seen that mentioned before.

Just a DIY photo. :) But was helpful to determine how long it took me to get through the line!

Just a one moment in time data point.

Park closed at 10pm tonight.

Entered line at 8:37pm. Posted 45 minute wait. Was in Hondo’s briefing room at 9:02pm.

Lost exact track of time after that but have a stopwatch reading sometime before boarding of around 34 mins.

The checker board room was a bit chaotic this visit and seemed longer than prior rides, by a minute or so. Just some confusion amongst groups/what to do (they really need better guest prep for how it all works!).

As always, YMMV.

They really do need some better direction. Everyone gets ushered in there unsure of what to do. Of course everyone can start looking around on their own, but everyone's just kind of aimlessly walking around looking at stuff, and sometimes they get you boarded so quickly that you don't have much time to know what your role's function is.

I'm considering doing the Extra Extra Magic Hours and visiting all of the other open attractions that I can't get FP for and then going to Galaxy's Edge later in the day. Based on wait times throughout the day, it seems like that might actually be a better bet. Thoughts?

Wow, that's a long day. I couldn't do that, nor could I plan everything down to the minute like that. It leaves little room for just messing around.

The crazy thing is we didn't feel rushed at all. Getting there by 6:00 am was REALLY worth it. Had TOT not been temporarily closed for almost 30 minutes we would have had every ride in the park finished during the three hour EEMH before the park opened to non-resort guests! The resting time back at the resort in the afternoon helped too. HS is quickly becoming my favorite park. RotR will only add to that!

Last night (Nov 7th), 35 minutes posted at 820. Took around 20 minutes. Had enough time to leisurely walk back to slinky to get in the standby line at 855.

Tonight (Nov 8th), 35 minutes posted at 815, took right about 35 minutes
