I am set to pick up a Managers Special Rental (via Priceline) this Saturday at 8:30am. I've tried multiple times to re-create my Dollar Express membership with no luck. Quickly I've tried four times and after entering every detail, including two credit cards I get an "error" message. Oddly enough my second credit card has been charged 2x for the authorization hold. Dollar customer service can't find my account and can't set up an account for me....
So it looks like I need to go to the counter this Saturday morning.
ANy recent experiences with wait times? available cars, etc?
