recent cruisers - Castaway Temp?

We will be on the 2/7 Eastern and we are wondering what to expect for water temp at Castaway Cay. It seems the last couple of trip reports I have read have stated that it was cold. Are we saying the water was 60 degrees or 75 degrees?

We currently have the Pinel Island snorkeling excursion booked because we want to snorkel, but we also would like to tour the island with our kids. We want to make sure we can get snorkeling in somewhere.

We were at Castaway Cay on January 9th. I would estimate the water temperature to be in the mid to high 70s. It was definitely warm enough to go into the water up to your knees. Some people were swimming, but most were coasting around in the big inflatable tubes. The air temperature was well into the 80s.
