I dined at the HBD on Dec 16th for the first time after a long, anticipated visit. We were at DHS for EMH during the Osbourne lights, so I was thrilled to get a ressie at 7:30 the day before(it was actually a modification, but still). We were a party of 3 adults and an 11 year old "child", and had mixed reviews. I'm a committed Disunplugged listener, so I had the senses to follow the expert opinion of ordering the pork chop. I had had (I did that on purpose, the double had) pork the previous nights, but I wanted to experience the headline menu item. No doubt it was delicious( that bacon, apple slaw thing was the sh*t), the chop was a little overcooked for my taste. I'm not afraid of medium cooked pork these days (trichinosis is a thing of the past). Our apps were great. We had the charcuterie plate and another I can't remember. My mother had an average duck duo entree, my dad a vegan pasta dish, which was ok. Good theme park restaurant, not 1st class dining experience.
