Receiving tickets

Hi all

I was just wondering if people in Australia receive their ME tickets and packages in the mail?

This is my 4th time to the world but first time I have booked directly through the disneysite online.

My other concern is after booking and checking email times for flight arrival and hence ME booking time on my Disney email conformation the time has been changed from 10pm to 10am when I log onto my reservation!

Less than 4 weeks to go!

DME information only emailed. No luggage tags are sent to international guests.

I didn't even get DME information emailed to me when I booked direct.
In the end I called them up and got the cast member to confirm over the phone that I was booked on DME and at the correct time.

It doesn't actually matter if you are not booked or if you have given them the wrong time, so don't worry about it

We have been before, last minute trip, DME didn't have our flight details, only our resort booking info. We just turned up at the counter, I explained that being from overseas I hadn't received a packet with any sort of paperwork or made a booking, I gave them our resort reservation number when they asked for it and got them to book our return pick up (this is more important), which I called later in the trip to confirm. As our luggage had been lost by Delta, we gave them our luggage tag numbers, description of our bags and they took over trying to locate the bags (which I found out were in NY somewhere and arrived that night).

No problems at all. As long as you have a resort reservation you can access DME with or without giving them your flight details. If you can give them the details, that's great, but it really doesn't matter if they don't have them or if the details have changed

The only thing I have ever recieved from Disney is my receipt.

I have turned up at the DME desk and said " hi can you help me get a room and then drive me to it?" and they put me on the phone to reservations and then stuck me on the bus. Instant service - all very nicely done
