Receiving tickets ect...

Hi everyone,

I paid off my full balance last month, and am due to go early Feb. I have never booked direct through Disney before, so just wondered when do they usually send you your eurostar tickets, paperwork ect?

All you need for the hotel is the email that they will have sent to you. You just show this to your receptionist and they will give you the room keys/park tickets/breakfast time/maps and hotel information.

I'm not sure on the Eurostar though as I haven't booked this through Disney

That's the one. That's all you need for the Hotels etc

I booked the whole package direct with Disney as well, we're off this Monday (12th) and the eurostar tickets arrived on 29th Dec. So you should have them around 2 weeks before you go

Yes it's the confirmation email saying you've paid etc, as far as I know - that's all I've printed anyway!

So when i go to Disney check in at the eurostar what do i need to give them?. Becuase before this is when they have given me my disney express luggage labels.

Ive never booked direct with Disney before, so im a little unsure.

Liberty, I am going on Eurostar Monday week, I was sent the tickets last week, and inside is a Blue badge for Disney Exprress which Im supposed to wear and someone will come and see me while on the train ?

Didnt have it the last time I went so not sure how it will work, will let you knwo though.

If you are travelling from Ashford then you can go to the Disney Express desk and pick up your labels for bags etc and park tickets etc.
