Receiving Mail in the WDW area

First, let me say that these boards have been fantastic in helping us plan our first trip to WDW. Our trip is in February (not soon enough!!)...

I do have an issue that I have not seen a forum on. I was able to get the time off from work for our vacation, but I may have to have some work related documents/paperwork sent to me during the vacation (probably a one time mailing). We are renting a pool home in Kissimmee but unfortunately will not be able to receive mail there during our stay. We are offered the option of receiving mail at the maintenance office where we can pick it up. I will do this as a last resort but was wondering if there were any other options. I contacted a local Mailboxes Etc. but they were not very helpful. I would rather not rent a PO box due to the short amount of time I would need it.
Curious if anyone had any suggestions for my odd situation. Thanks in advance.
 
Would it be possible for them to send the paperwork via Fedex or another carrier besided USPS? Or would they still have to drop it off at the management office?
 
The post office offers general delivery service, however, some cities only have it at certain branches. You might try calling Orlando and one of the post offices there and find out if there is one nearby that offers that service. Good luck!
