Receiving Dues notices

OK for everybody out there who recieved the annual dues/meeting notices:

What ones dhave you received?
When did you get them?

I own at both VWL and BCV (recent add-on) and got the BCV ones past Thursday (11/14) but still don't have the VWL. I know people have posted info from the VWL here I would still like to read and peruse the whole packet myself.

Should I wait a little while more before calling for the VWL notices?

I own at VWL and Vero and received the VWL packet yesterday.Still no Vero.

We haven't recieved either OKW or VB yet.

We own at BCV, BWV and OKW and have only recieved BCV......

??????? Will we also get a bill, showing total due, or do they leave it up to us to figure it out?

And if we get said bill...... when should they arrive?

The actual bill comes around the end of December. My 2002 bill for BWV was dated 12/18/01. There is an adjustment for actual property taxes for the previous year, usually a small credit. The bill is due 1/15 unless you pay by monthly debits.

I received BCV dues notification on Friday. Maybe my guide book will arrive on Monday. Yeah, right! If it doesn't I'll call them AGAIN! Annmarie

I rec'd BCV this week but not BWV. Also have not gotten billed for 2002 BCV points- use year Dec. I thought I would have a bill by now for Dec 02, but nothing yet.

You'll get your bill at the same time as everyone else. Dues are based on the calendar year, not use year, so everyone will get billed in December for dues payable by January 15.

Almost forgot - got our VWL booklet on Friday, but no BWV yet.

The Association Meetings for OKW, HHI and Vero are later than VWL and BCV. I suspect our budget info will be coming in the next week or so.

WDWguru- Of course I will get my 2003 dues statement in Dec with payment due in Jan for 2003 points. But I still owe for 2002 points. Because I already owned Dec use year at BWV, I was assigned the same use year when I purchased BCV in Feb. Anyone with an earlier use year was prorated dues from opening of resort in July. Since my use year is later, they will prorate one month of dues for 2002. I just expected it to come now and then be billed for 2003 separately, but maybe they will bill me for both at the same time. Just curious when other BCV purchasers with earlier use years received their 2002 dues statements

Our use year is June. Our dues for BCV were prorated from July 1 until the end of the year, but our first dues payment for BCV wasn't until August, so we are paying six months dues over five months. As I recall, we got a dues statement after July 1 but before our first dues payment was due. It would not surprise me if they just rolled the one month's dues into your 2003 dues payment, but I would think you would still be receiving a separate 2002 dues statement in the next several weeks. Let us know!

Ahhhhh! Now I get it! Sorry for the confusion.... I have seen others who thought dues were based on use year, so just assumed that's what you meant. Oops!
