can i book online with the "kids free" offer? i don't see it as an option under special offers. i know there is a pin. do i have to do that over the phone (and, have my card physically in hand)?

the instant approval says i can book online with it. but it isn't giving me the option for the code?

thanks!

I would call. We did not receive a code via email. It is on their website. The code is OD3. They give an example for a 4 night stay, but I just booked a three night stay prior to our BB FD. I called to get a quote first, then called back today and booked. They also let me upgrade to the regular dining plan with a cost of $10 per adult per day and $3 per child per day. Hope this helps!

What link did you use to get instant approval?

Is the discount per adult (i.e. one parent, one child get free), or per room (i.e. one adult in Value, three kids free)?

The code does not have a pin. However, neither is it a public code. The deals on the disney site are public codes. The rewards card special is only available to people who have the visa and use it for their down payment. I don't *think* there is a way to put this kind of code in online, but maybe there is and I just don't know about it. I'd call, just tell them you want the disney rewards code OD3 (as pp said).

I have seen other posts where people said they got 1 room, 1 adult, 3 kids free, as well as 2 adults 3 kids free (POR). This does not seem to go with the offer. It states something like 'a child free', 'Max occupancy 4'. However, as I said, people are receiving it.

through disneyworld's website. but, it doesn't give me a card number. it just said i could use it through their website to book.

i guess i have to wait until i get the actual card to call in then. darn.

sumertime, yes. and hush! lol! ;)

maybe i'll call tomorrow and see if i can go ahead with the reservation through the site and then apply the code to my reservation (via phone call). if that makes sense. because the site WILL let me use the disney visa. so it should show that i paid my down payment with it. hm. just thinking out loud here.

It should come pretty quickly. I was really surprised how fast ours came after we signed up online.

I was able to change my existing ressie and use the Disney Visa promo. Luckily I had paid partially with my Visa, so I saved a $100. If I had paid full price originally, I would have saved $260. I paid a $50 fee because it was under 45 days and I had a % off promo originally, that's why I only saved $100. So if you can get your card numbers it's well worth it!

Especially in situations that are odd, the information you get from a phone call to Disney may not be reliable. Make sure before you count on what they tell you.

trust me. i know! ;)

worst case scenario, i book online and then have to wait two weeks until my card gets here to change it. :) or, not get my first choice value resort.

this whole thing is for that darned main street electrical parade. i'm afraid it will be sent overseas and this will be my last chance to share that with my kids. and this will be a CHEAP trip. we'll be back in january for the half marathon.

You could also call Chase and ask them to give you your acct. number and exp. date. They should be able to look it up for you by social security number.

There might be exceptions, but some credit card companies don't usually give acct numbers and especially expiration dates over the phone.
