Buying resale through TTS. If we received this form (to check details, confirm tenancy, etc) from Magic Vacation Title, does this mean that it passed ROFR? Or do they send this form during ROFR window just to be prepared?

I would call the people that you are doing business with, either the broker or your closing agent. I would hate for you to get a best guess from us and have the guess incorrect.

We are currently in the process with TTS. It is just a form to have done ahead of time so that when you do pass ROFR closing will be faster. We have sent our closing docs in and are waiting to close.

Thanks. Yes, I thought that might be the case because it only went to Disney last weekend - thought they wouldn't do it that quick!
