Received a different kind of pin?

I received a pin today from Disney Destinations with my family's name on it but it does not say a percentage off or what it is good for. It just mentions that I have been looking to stay at the Animal Kingdon Lodge for a specific date in July and to use the pin code in the email to book.

I called to see for what the pin code was for but they told me the disney computers are down until after 1:00 pm and I need to call back.

Any ideas?

Is the subject line on the e-mail, "More about your Disney Resort picks, (Last name) Family!" ?

the subject says "Disney Resort pics and more, ____ Family!"

I recieved 2 of those last week but they did not include a pin#

I got the same thing, the email with a 15 digit PIN. I called and got the systems are down answer, too. I'm dying to find out!!!

I got an email offer today that said to call and provide the package code TQ6..it was for rack rate! I can't believe they are trying to trick people into thinking they are getting a special offer and then charging full price.

I called and finally got through. The PIN was for 10% off room rates. Not great, but better than nothing. Took $140 off our bill....

Okay I just called... I have never received a pin and was very excited for nothing. I'm a FL resident and the current FL resident rate is better than the rate they offered me with the pin.

Well, so much for getting my hopes up!

When I was a FL resident, I noticed that the only offer that was ever better than the FL res discount was the AP discount.
