reburbished rooms at pop

We have a preferred room (not poolside). does this guarantee me a refurbished room? if not what building should i ask for?

Best bet is to ask for 70's building. I know there are preferred rooms in the 50's buildings and not all are finished.

We were in a Standard room building 10 and it was really close to the bus stop. I checked and there are lots of Preferred rooms in that building. I would request building 10 and make that your only request if you want to have a refurbished room and be close to buses.
