Rebooking through Costco

We may be rebooking our cruise - we booked with Costco. Interested in hearing the experiences of others getting through to Costco during this manic time. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Probably your best shot is calling right when it opens at 5 AM Pacific. Make sure you have like 4-5 hours free (not kidding). I tried over the weekend but I've given up for now, may try again in a couple days.

Call right when they open. I called at 6am pacific on Saturday (or Sunday I forget) about something and was her first call of the day. Done in less than 45 minutes including Disney wait time.
