Rebooking on board, TBA named adults

We are going in July and as usual, I will rebook on board for a certain week, not just a place holder. I have a few adults who may or may not end up coming with us. Can I just make the adult names TBA(to be announced) or must I put a name in the slot? I hope to lock in the price and that way we know exactly what to budget if needed...thanks in advance.

Last time we booked on board, we said we weren't sure if 2 of the people would be coming or not. They said that they would put them down anyway. It is easier to change names or remove them from the booking than it is to add them later. Just be sure they are not the lead name in the cabin.
