Reassurance Needed Please

I replied to another post that we had used SuperShuttle many times, but I just now realized that it was Shuttle Express that we use here at home...not SuperShuttle.

I already reserved, and prepaid, for a SuperShuttle private van, from SNA to our hotel and back to SNA, because there are 8 of us. Has anyone had any problems with this company?

Last couple of trips I've used super shuttle and have never had a problem with them..

I may be mistaken, but didn't Super Shuttle and Shuttle Express merge a few years back?
We've never used them in Orange County, but have never had any problems up here in Seattle!

I've used them in Phoenix and in Manhattan and never had a problem either.

I used Super Shuttle tbetween SNA and PPH in June and all was good. I arrived after 10 p.m. and still they had a couple of vans lined up.

Super Shuttle is big in Arizona. I've used it in Tucson, w/out any problems (although that was years ago.) They're a reputable company though, so I think it will be fine.

Don't worry...I use them regularly and they are great. Never any problems.

I have used them both times I've gone to DL, though I use LAX.

Never had an issue, always gotten a van within 5 minutes of checking in and the employees have always been great.

The only problems I have heard with them is people who share a van getting draged all over LA and Anaheim before they are droped off. This has never happened to me and it shouldn't happen to you since you are using a private van and not sharing.
