OK third times a charm right?

I have to get rid of this weight! :(

I have tried in the past and have failed. Ive lost and then gained and then again and again.

I think I have had too high of goals in what Ive been doing.

What do you think is a reasonable expectation of weight loss? As in 1 pound a week? 2 pounds a week? Inches?

Help please :guilty:

I am glad that you are trying again. Keep doing that. Never give up!

Reasonable expectations should be something that you really want. Some say start out with small steps. Pick anything and celebrate your small successes. Add to them as you achieve and before long you should find that you are doing it! You can make the first steps by celebrating healthy breakfast, increase in activity, smaller portion, the list can be endless.

First you have to get it in your mind not to think of that "D" word. You are doing all of this to be healthier and make those choices each day in whatever way that you can be honest to yourself that you made healthy choices.

Tell yourself YOU want this. You can do it, but not until you want it. I WISH you all the success.
