Reasonable Dehumidifier

I have googled and shopped all over. Do they make a dehumidifier for an unheated garage(not attached to the house) that will operate in below freezing temperatures?
We have a 2 car garage with a small apartment that is unheated. When the temps rose yesterday everything was covered in condensation. We want to use the apartment as a workshop but afraid all the tools will rust. Have not figured out where to turn on the water to the bathroom (new home) so we never thought about things freezing.
Any ideas or reccomendations? TIA.

Given that a dehumidifier deals with water, the water will freeze when the temps drop. There is no way around that.

I would suggest buying one with decent ratings and only using it when the temperature is above freezing.

For the bathroom you could use heat tape to keep the pipes from freezing.
