We stayed in the Destin condo managed by this group and were pleased and their CB resort looks nice.

We own a week at the Resort on Cocoa Beach. We love it there! The condos are very spacious, clean, and the resort is nice. It's right on the beach and they have wonderful children's programs!I am not sure what the rates would be! Their sales pitch was not bad and we bought anyways!

We also stayed at The Resort On Cocoa Beach this past March for 1 week and loved it! I don't think it's too cheap though (we never payed for the condo as my family did a timeshare exchange into there.)
