Since I posted the REAS the down side I figured I would also share what we did that worked out great!! I really loved the REAS & will prob do it again! I'm not sure if anyone else has tried or posted about this but I'll share too!!
First of all, the best tip I got from the Passporter was to write that you weren't interested in buying products from the spa!! I knew they would give us a sales pitch so both my BF & I wrote on the bottom of our paper work: Thank you but we are not interested in buying any products. And they didn't try to sell us anything. I figured even if we DID want to buy stuff we could always come back & not have to deal with them stressing us out right after the relaxing massage!!
Also, we got the REAS basket in our room the first day & it had the box of chocolates, a photo album & a bottle of Champagne. Well we didn't plan on being in our room long enough to consume the whole bottle(we just did 3 nights) we just figured we'd bring it home with us- but that was no fun!!! So I called Guest Services & asked if we could bring the bottle with us to Palo & not pay the corking fee since we brought it from DCL & they said no problem. Then the manager of Palo called our room to confirm & said he'd send someone down to pick up the bottle to chill it & if it wasn't cold enough by the time we got there he would just exchange it for a new cold bottle! It was perfect! We planned on having a bottle of champagne at dinner to celebrate our anniversary anyway! So DEFINATELY do this with your bottle!! It was so perfect!
