REAS Ressies for Palo & Spa?

Does anyone out there have the direct number to call for REAS Palo and Spa ressies? I booked the REAS last week and was told I would get a call from the coordinator to schedule. However, I sail in less than three weeks and would like to get all that squared away ASAP. Also, it is a surprise for DH, so I don't want a phone call to ruin it. Thanks for your help!
