REAS question about spa part

I've read some people have been able to add a well being massage for $50 to the spa tester. Does anyone know if this is $50 total for you and your DH or is it $100 for both of you? Also do you have to go the day you board to add on this well being massage or do they ask you when you do in for your spa tester?
