REAS- massage question

Can someone help me decide....I would like to book the REAS package for upcoming cruise. I'm not sure that DH would do the massage. If he chooses not to can I have his?!?! Or does it have to be done at the same time in the same room? If I can use his plus mine, can I take the second one later in the cruise? This may be wishful thinking but then the price would definately be worth it! Thankyou

I've signed up for the REAS as a solo and getting everything included in the package...Lucky me...lots of at sea days to get noodlized by WONDERFUL massages! Nope, I'm not sharing with Cash, the Wonder Dog... Your DH will never know what he's missing....unless he sees the smile on your face...

Official policy on the REAS is a couples massage only. They book the times for the couples room.

I have seen others post that they have been able to get two individual massages once on board the ship, but the package is not set up that way.

I often hear a wife say her husband won't want a massage, and many men are uncomfortable thinking about getting a massage (especially with their spouse there.) Most of the men that have been apprehensive about getting the massage with the package have been very happy that they did so--they loved it.

Hopefully your DH will give it a try.

I know I read someone of these boards say that her DH decided not to have a massage. And she said once she got on the ship she went immediately to the spa and talked to them. ANd they let her have two sessions. I think she said they just told her the amount has to equal the same as a couples massage. She did have it set up as couples massage to begin with through.

I agree that once he tries it, he will be happy he did. Some guys view it as girly or something they don't know any thing about and get a little scared (not quite scared but they fret a bit) but my husband says it is something we can do together which should make is easier for the men to feel comfortable.
