Really stupid Pop Warner question........

I am planning our Dec 2008 trip (I know, I know, but I like to plan!) and I have read that Pop Warner week is the first full week in December. In 2008, December 1st is on a Monday. Would that be considered the first full week, or does a full week start on a Sunday, so it would be Dec 7-13? Does this make any sense at all? What do y'all think?

I have a related question for 2007. We usually spend the first Dec week at WDW and just deal with the football players and cheerleaders. Does anyone have experience with waiting until the next week? The Pop Warner folks will be gone but schools may be starting to get out so is it more crowded?

We were there just recently in Dec. 2006 during the time after they left. I seriously doubt it's that much more or less crowded. But I do agree they are worth avoiding. There were still a few groups left and there's nothing worse IMO than groups made up of 12 kids or so to one adult.

I have heard conflicting reports about the park during the first week yes it was crowded and the football players were horrible or no it was not crowded and they were fine. Also conflicting reports during the second week of December. I am doing some research as well for a December trip at the end of the year. I would go to the theme parks attractions and strategies boards and read reports from around that time of people who were in the park during both the first and second week of December.

OP someone on the disboards called pop warner and they confirmed the dates will be December 2-8, 2007

ETA: sorry I now see you were talking about 2008. Since this year the first date is on a sunday I would assume 2008 will be the same.
