really how are the crowds ??

Leaving in 2 weeks and I'm wondering how are the crowds at both universal parks ???
we bought tickets ( to see harry potter ) is it as crowded as when it opened ?
what is your strategies for doing the most at that park ???

People are now saying the crowds have gone down and are very manageable. Not super packed like it was during the summer.
