I am just trying to understand about add-ons. We have 200 pts at SSR and are thinking about purchasing pts @ AKV. Would we be getting a whole new deed? Would all of this be rolled into our existing contract? What would we be paying for 100 more points a month? I told you I was really confused. What is this 1/14 deadline I keep hearing about also?

Price increase to $112 for AKV points on Jan 15. Think incentive of $6.25 off per point if you buy 100 pts or more; there may be a matching set of one time use developer points too.

You can add-on as few as 25 points and any number above that ( ie 27, 45 etc).

You would be given same UY as you first contract. It is listed as xxxxx.01 I believe ( master I think is xxxxx.00 ) All persons listed on add-on must be as listed as on your first contract at SSR (same names and in same order )

i believe it would be deeded separately (as it represents a real estate interest in a completely different property) but would be consolidated under one member number as a prior poster said. you would still be able to sell the contracts separately.

as you probably know, you would only be have the 11 month booking advantage for the specific points at each resort. your 100 AKV pts cannot be used to book SSR at 11 months (only at 7 months) and your 200 SSR pts cannot be used to book AKV at 11 months.

there are no closing costs for add-ons. to get a monthly payment, you could use the calculators at bankrate to get an estimate. the interest rate i see on the board is around 10.75%.
