Really annoyed with Disney Dining.

First let me say, I love the new online system worked great. Yesterday I called to book the CandleLight Processional Pkg. The Cm said it was 2 TS credits I questioned her she put me on hold for 6 minutes came back and said it was 1 so I booked it. Then today I'm reading my handy dandy disboards and find out no it is 2 TS credits. Thank godness I did not cancel the Le Cellier I had booked for that afternoon sepertae for the dining pkg. I just called and canceled the pkg. I am sorry but we have done the CPP several times but there is no way its worth 2 TS credits per person for a special viewing area for Illuminations (unless your there during major crowdss and an appetizer).

Disney CM's really should have a clue.

And yet, I had a CM once tell me on the phone not to pay any attention to "those message boards" because they give false information. I was so mad! I think she had it a little backwards. Who gives false information?

I've seen loads of false information on the Dis. You can get wrong information anywhere.

But people on the Dis aren't getting paid to assist consumers the CM's are.
