Real talk about scheduling fastpasses at the 60-day mark?

Got up at 4 am and scheduled our fastpasses this morning! I probably spaced them out a bit more than most people would, but being a newbie and not just knowing how long it takes to get from point A to point B and also taking our late lunch dining reservations into account a couple of days, I think I did alright!

Another question I have is- are the fastpass entrances pretty easy to spot? I am a newb, but I'll try not to look like one as much as possible, lol.

Except for very rare cases (I can think of only 2-3) the FP entrance and Standby (regular) entrances at WDW are next to each other.

I misspoke.
7DMT and Splash Mtn. FP and Standby entrances are side-by-side.
(But, the Standby line for 7DMT stretches out a long, long way.)
