In her defense, she did say she fit into 2 things that were a size 8. She didn't say she was a size 8. I think there is a difference. I really think it is sad that she gets so beaten up just because of her weight. Who really cares what size she is anyway? She is pretty, and nice, and a great person. If she was a guy, that would be enough.

I honestly think she looks fine. I don't see her as an overweight person. But her mom is so negative about her weight. She tells the cameras that her daughter has a belly. It bothers me that she's not comfortable in her own skin.

Lauren is a size 8? Unless they are magic pants from Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants. I ain't buying it.

I absolutely feel the same as you all that Lauren is a beautiful girl and it has to be tough living with those brothers who seem to think its funny make jokes about her weight.

And her mother needs to STOP all the discussion constantly about Lauren's weight. What did Lauren say last week about quitting her job? That was confusing to me? Was that she felt she would not fit in there? Maybe because of her size?

Lauren looks so much like her Dad and he is a big guy while I think the boys look like Caroline and she is of a smaller frame.

I went to WW years ago after having my babies to lose all my weight and one of the things the WW Instructor said to me was "do not try for a goal that you cannot not keep" another words if Lauren really wants to be a size 8, will it be too difficult for her to get there and stay there without basically starving … then she is setting crazy goals for herself and it will be nothing but painful for her to stay at that weight and size.

I think deep down inside while Caroline would never admit it, I think she likes (privately) that Albie and Chris make fun of Lauren's weight because for Caroline it makes her feel like she is RIGHT that Lauren needs to be an 8 or a 6 or a 4 ….

You have to remember that they have hours and hours of footage to condense down. Editing is huge on these shows. I think I remember on one of the reunion shows for NY something had come up about a phone call and one of them said that it was two conversations that they had edited into one to make it look and sound worse than it really was.

What do you guys REALLY think is going on with Teresa, Joe (her brother) and Melissa? I have a theory - I want to hear yours first.

I couldn't have said it better myself ... I used to like the Manzo's, but not so much anymore ... I am really over Caroline's self-righteous attitude ... she just seems to have too much of an opinion regarding everything and everybody and seems to enjoy stirring the pot ... even though she denies it ...

The Manzo's storyline this season - menopause & weight loss - is just so whatever ... Lauren just wants to be rich & thin - yup, that's really mature and something I would want to say on national tv ... Albie & Chris make fun of their sister - yup, that's really nice - while pushing their bottled water ... Caroline's attitude & witchiness is all because of menopause - sure, let's blame everything in life on menopause ... I really think they are just still on the show because they are under contract, for starters, and so they can squeeze a little more time out of their 15 minutes so the Manzo kids can sell their beauty products and vitamin water ... and Lauren can become rich and thin ...

The same goes for Jacqueline and her hubby ... just trying to squeeze those last few minutes so Chris can sell that water ...

Melissa & Joey G just gross me out ... don't believe them for one minute ...

Kathy & Richie also gross me out ... especially Richie ... Rosie is funny though ... however, it's a shame she's falling for the shenanigans and starting to put her two cents where it doesn't belong (i.e. questioning Teresa about her brother) ...

Teresa is Teresa ... yes, sometimes I don't think she knows what she is saying or trying to say ... and Juicy Joe is gross too ... however, would any of her relatives be where they are today (on tv, selling music on iTunes, selling whatever else) if it weren't for her? ... or for that matter, would the Manzo's or Laurita's be where they are at? ... just sayin' ...

I really think that next season, and we all know there will be a next season , they should definitely change some of the players around ... let's see some new REAL housewives of NJ ... but it's all just my opinion ...

Honestly, I think that Teresa has a sick obsession with her brother and she is completely jealous of his younger hotter wife! SICK!!!!!!!!

I have 2 brothers and have always been very close with them but I have NEVER been jealous of their wives. I feel like I finally have sisters!

I don't know why she would want to announce it to the world, (not that it's anything to be ashamed of or anything), but maybe some things should be kept private, or at the very least, not be made fun of ... but then again, why do people do "reality" shows to begin with ... and why do I watch them ... just sayin' ...

I don't know if I go so far as to say she's obsessed, or that she's jealous of how his wife looks, but I do believe she is jealous of the wedge that she thinks Melissa has placed between she and joe. My thing is this, I have no doubt those two (joe and Melissa) were very close. It appears that before Melissa, Joe did a lot of hanging out with she and her joe. Well, as life happens, some relationships change. Teresa was probably hoping that as Joe married her new in-law would be like her sister. Well, Melissa already had her own sisters, she wanted a husband. That bothers Teresa.

As far as Joe, it might be just me, but I'd be so ticked off if my brother repeated that to his wife and OTHER family. Joe talks too much. That was wrong to me (telling Melissa what Teresa said). My brother and I have had it out - I would NEVER tell my husband some of the things he has said. If for NO other reason - to keep the peace. My brother and I can forgive each other for things we say, but our spouses will be mad about stuff forever - so we have never shared. It seems to me, that Joe keeps up that mess - like a little girl - that Joe is. That's what I would call (when I lived in Birmingham, Al) - messy. Joe is Messy!

Teresa reminds me of Camilla Soprano. She knows Joe is guilty of A LOT of terrible things, but she refuses to acknowledge it. She proved that last night when Melissa said that 4 letter word. JAIL! So instead of admitting this, she does the next best thing. She goes out of her way to make everyone as miserable as she is.

Kathy and Richie still irks me. What bothers me about those 2 is they waste no time talking trash. Richie is only happy when he's putting down Teresa and Joe. He has this way of just bringing their dirt up, then they turn around and smile in their faces. I really wanted to like this couple, because I LOVE their kids, but Kathy and Rich are FAKE!

Melissa and Joe are fun. He's a hornball, but I LOVE the fact that he absolutely adores his wife. Its sweet. Melissa has grown a lot since last season. She was so superficial, loved to show off her labels at first. So I loved watching her defend her marriage to Theresa last night even though she didn't owe Theresa any explanation. But IMO she handled herself well. I would have added a few more 4 letter words to Theresa, cause Melissa is taking care of her house and home. Theresa needs to focus on hers.

I think if Theresa dealt with the 250lb drunk weight attached to her she would be a better person. She needs to remember the time when her oldest daughter asked her father about his whereabouts the night before. She needs to stop worrying about Melissa and Joe. Stop trying to mess up a happy home just because she's miserable in hers. I don't think its jealousy. I think she's just miserable. It can get very uncomfortable painting that fake smile on her face day in and day out.
