Real Housewives of Beverly Hills

I love Vanderpump Rules!

And yes, I agree! It is so awkward to watch Kristen talk to James about her plans to break Ariana & Tom up. I don't like James, but I feel bad for him.

I feel the same way about James. He's much younger than most of them though so I think that has something to do with his cockiness (which is what I don't like about him). He has his moments where he comes off differently. I could see him being less of a jerk as he gets a little older. I do think he's better when he's not with Kristen too. He seems to get wrapped up in her drama and all that but I do think that's because he's only 22.
Also, Stassi is the worst. She thinks she so mature and above them but she completely obsessed with hating them. Plus she's just mean, like highschool popular girl mean. Yeah that's super mature.

Seems like one of you Vanderpump people should start a thread. :yay:

I tried to watch it, but could not get into it.

Hey Ladies...I found my group!!lol!

So I like Lisa r and Eileen as well ....nice addition. Can't stand Brandi but you have to admit her antics sure keep it interesting. I don't know how much if any is scripted but some of brandi's wacky behavior must be real.

So we were in LA in December and my daughter saw Brandi with her kids shopping.

We also had drinks at Sur and dinner at Villa Blanca. My daughter and niece got a picture with Peter and saw Katie. The girls said Katie looked a little larger in person. I'm not sure what that means....maybe not a size 0 but a 2?!

Just from dealing with addicts, I think the pill thing with Monty was a lie. I think she said that to make Kyle believe exactly what she did - 'oh, well she told me about it so I guess it's not a problem just mistake,' when in reality she's taken 3 or 4 or is drunk or whatever.

.

I agree, plus she told Lisa in the car on the way to the poker party that Monty was not at home.

I am sucked in to watching all these Housewives shows and Vanderpump show. It is a guilty pleasure for me. I can't believe the behavior of half these woman. I actually start talking to my tv when the kids from Vanderpump are on. And yes I said kids because they act like high school brats. Hopefully, one day they will look back and say "Oh my, did I really act like that on national tv". LOL Well, at least it's entertaining.

Did anyone watch WWHL after HOBH? I missed it but heard Kyle was on and am really curious about what she may have said.

Love Lisa R and wish she could be on every horse wife show.

Usually I've only ever watched RHOC, love me some OC ladies LOL

But I found myself being sucked in during this last season of RHNJ and now I'm watching the current season of RHBH ONLY because of Lisa R and Eileen (coz I'm a huge Days fan).

But I am finding it a tad boring....Brandi is one hot mess though, what is UP with that chick???

I saw a bit of it. She went on for a bit about how she didn't know the lunch would include wine tasting and how bad she felt for Kim. She was saying that Brandi claimed Kyle scratched her and that's why she pushed her, but Kyle said it was her bracelet that scratched Brandi. She said she was very nervous because she knew something was "off" with Kim but didn't know what. She also said she does not think Brandi is good for Kim.

They also talked a bit about Yolanda, I didn't see that part but read about it. Apparently she is very very ill from her lyme disease. She has lost the ability to read and write and she is in Singapore seeking alternative treatment. So sad, what an absolutely dreadful disease.

With the above, Kyle also took a dog at Brandi. Andy asked of she knew why Brandi was nice in the limo and mean at the table and Kyle answered, "I don't know. I guessed she just turned on me like she does with everyone else." Or something like that.

They showed a preview of Kim, Brandi, and Kyle all out in the driveway yelling at each other and Brandi telling Kyle she's never there for her sister. Totally overstepped a boundary.

I had to laugh though when Brandi said something about all the women being sexually boring and that's why their husbands chest... Didn't her husband cheat? Lmao. Apparently being sexually adventurous isn't everything, you lunatic.

MSN had a story on this-she cant read or write sometimes-everything is a fog

HOWEVER-her completely controlling how her DD's apt was set up in NYC was so bizarre (esp changing out the credenza because it was too big-or too small-OMG)-what a spoiled couple of kids:rolleyes1

That story is from her Bravo blog.

I had a bad case of Lyme disease when I was going into high school. Luckily no long term consequences. I've never heard of it causing cognitive issues.

I'm not really sure what to make of her.

From what I understand about Lyme is that the longer you wait to get treatment, the worse it gets and it becomes untreatable with antibiotics. If it's caught quickly, it is easily treated with a round of antibiotics, but since it can be so hard to diagnose, some people go years without treatment, going from doctor to doctor getting mis-diagnosed with things like chronic fatigue, lupus, rheumatoid arthritis etc. It doesn't help that the blood test produces many false negatives, to you really may have it, but the test says you don't.

If left untreated, it can absolutely affect your brain, your heart and other organs. You have to live with it at that point, you can't get rid of it, just attempt to manage it. Yolanda talks about how in the beginning, she had to have a port surgically placed in her chest to get high doses of medicine in her.

I have Lyme disease and it takes over your body. The lyme spirochetes burry into every part of your body. I've suffered memory loss, being unable to walk, seizures, hair loss, Bell's palsy, and so much more. It's is a terrifying disease and most doctors don't treat properly or believe that the chronic form of lyme exists. It's hard to get treated as doctors who treat Lyme are under fire. I have a port and do three IVs a day. I got pregnant during a remission period and I passed Lyme to the baby. She tested positive at birth. So far she is doing good and it seems to be dormant but it can start attacking her if her body is ever under stressed or compromised.

I'm thankful Yolanda is using her platform to spread awareness of this awful disease

Me too. This disease had wrecked people's lives. It simply is not taken seriously. In the summer, I am leery of letting my kids near the woods. I have heard too many stories like yours. All from a tiny tick.

She said on WWHL that she had it for several years apparently before anyone realized her diagnosed her.

Probably why she's so bad off with it.

Chronic Lyme disease is highly controversial.

I hope Yolanda gets better because what she is dealing with sounds terrifying.

It took me a year and half from my first symptoms to get the diagnosis. At one point one of the docs told me I was crazy
