Real disappering reservation - I called!

Mine were missing too! I called the reservation line and got a very helpful CM. She told me that they were experiencing difficulties with the website right now. She was able to pull up all my ADR's and they were all there. Good Luck everyone. Hope yours turns out well.:goodvibes

I have been calm long enough. I still only have 4 of 12 showing up online- so I am on hold for Disney Dining. I will let y'all know how it turns out.

Spoke with CM Evelyn Ross and she was able to pull up all of my ADR's :cool1:!

Just called dining reservations and they are still showing all 7 of my reservations. :worship: I feel much better. Now just have to wait another 105 days to use my first reservation.:rotfl:

I don't mean to alarm anyone, but I called yesterday about my missing Le Cellier reservations. I was lucky to get two--a dinner one for my arrival day, and a lunch one later in the week in case our plane was late and we somehow missed our arrival day ADR.

The CM (Toby) was very helpful, confirmed all of my other reservations and was able to find my arrival day Le Cellier ADR. However, she was not able to find the second one! She checked under my name, phone number, resort reservation number and even went to Le Cellier's ADR list for that day and checked the timeslots around the time our reservation was and could not find anything. :scared1:

I'm not that concerned because my plane is landing at 11:30AM and my ADR is for around 5:00 (and we're renting a car), so we will likely have no problem making our arrival day ADR. That said, I wonder what would happen if I actually showed up with my confirmation for that missing lunch ADR? :confused3 Surely not everyone is as anal-retentive as us DISers to continually confirm (and tweak) reservations.

That has happened to me. After I made all my reservations I didn't check back again. When I showed up for lunch at Le Cellier they could not find my reservation. I showed them my confirmation number and they seated us. The restaurant was packed at the time and they were turning away all walk-ups so I know they actually had to work to fit us in. I think we waited maybe 20 mins for a table.

I had a reservations for HDDMR at 5:00 on 10/30. I called because I was getting worried with the system "upgrade." It wasn't there. She checked 100 ways and it wasn't showing up. My confirmation number was showing as cancelled and I NEVER cancelled nor double booked for that day and time. Luckily I was able to get in on 10/31, but it just screws up my plans. Oh well, I guess. Not much I can do about it but keep checking...

Just a public service for those of you hoping that everything will turn out fine.
if it was showing as canceled did you get your money refunded as you need to prepay for this show.... if not then you A) didnt cancel and 2) probably just got charged twice....

Well, at least there is some good news. Oh this system upgrade is causing such frustration!!!

holy moly...I almost died when I saw that 3 of my 8 reservations were missing for our trip in just a few days. I called and the CM confirmed with me. I'm bringing my confirmation from WDW Dining along. Thanks for the warning, sorry your HDDR was auto-cancelled, that just stinks.

I'm at Disney World now. I went to Downtown Disney Guest Services and everything was fine. I had missing reservations online and via phone.

The guy kind of chuckled when we talked about it like he had been dealing with this for days.

I cancelled a 7:40 for Kona tonight and a 7:40 for Sunday at Boma.

I walked up to the Ohana front desk and she told me that despite not having reservations, if we checked in by 5pm, we would be seated. That's our plan for later this week.

I just had to call and put my mind at ease. Everything was there and wasnt on hold for more than 3 minutes. Hopefully this is the start to a good day!:thumbsup2
