Just went to the store and bought my first exercise dvd..i got the firm..says see a difference in 10 workouts..sound good to me! think i may also start walking/jogging..just letting you all know im starting as of today!! thanks for all your help

Hi Jen! Which Firm did you get? I just bought a new one today, too--Cardio Sculpt Blaster--a little 30 minute cardio tape to add on to a heavy-weights workout. Hope you enjoy the Firm as much as I do--just don't get discouraged if you can't get it all the first try or if you get really sore the next day. Listen to your body, rest when needed and you WILL build your fitness level! Let us know how you like it!

i got the maximum cardio burn plus abs....thats my problem, i tend to get discouraged, and i stop doing it....thast why i came here to try and get motivated !! thanks so much..and good luck with yours as well

Hi Jen! I did the Maximum Cardio Burn this morning--only my second time doing it, and I did better with the footwork this time--the first time I did it I was falling all over my feet! My favorite Firm is probably Complete Aerobics & Weight Training--I really feel that one because of all the weight work--YOWZA! Don't feel discouraged if you can't get it the first few times--I'm still working on it, too! I hope you enjoy it, and let me know how you did!

i really liked the video....except i didnt know u needed the "fanny lifter: and sculpting stick..so i have to go to the store and find them...but hopefully this starts working..guarentees SOMETHING in 10 days!! so hopefully by the 25 i see some type of results..thanks for much for your help..and if u have any advice on aditional things to do to speed up weight loss, greatly appreciate!!
