Hey, Pongo - Did you check out your pic over on Sher's TR?

I sure am looking forward to having one of those pineapple drinks on New Year's Eve!!!!!!!!

We've been watching The Santa Clause 2 tonight. Love how quickly Santa drops his excess weight when he leaves the North Pole. If only it were that easy (sigh) . . .

Hi, Dre!!! Nice to see you lady!

Mark - The weight loss talk may be related to Uma's DISappearing Peeps . . . Fastpass to Thin WISH thread. I'm getting on board after my Disney trip. Folks are very supportive and encouraging there, but it is mostly estrogenated talk, LOL!

Thanks! But I am too tired and my feet hurt too badly to bound! :teeth:
We had our Mother's Day out Brunch this morning. About 110 people. That was about 40 more than I expected! That's good but still a little exhausting!

MP-- Your cookies sound so good and my fancy then my plain cookies. White chocolate icing sound yummy.

Moo-- Love the spotted reindeer. I am with you I will wait until after the cruise to diet. I know I can do it . Lost 70 pounds once. 35 which came back. I never changed my lifestyle. I love food and we eat out too much.

Mark-- UMA started a thread on the Wish Board to have support losing weight they are doing great too.

Hi Dre, Pongo, Marita :wave2:

Wow, Dre - That's a LOT of people to have at an event. I'd be tired too!!!

I'm procrastinating again tonight on doing housecleaning before my DD comes home. It's so much more fun to DIS. Good thing I don't have to host family Christmas this year.

HI friends!

It's almost Christmas!! YIKES!! I went shopping at Limited Too for some clothes for DDs. EXPENSIVE! :sad2: Cute, though. ::yes::

How are you guys?

Hi all!!

Dre, great to see you pop in again (don't slink), and you too Mark.

Really, Uma's thread is fun read too, I read it even though i am not dieting.
(I need excercise to reshuffle some pounds from one are to another, but that is a different story (thread?, issue?)
Please nobody tell me I could follow the excercise routines on Uma's thread, LOL, my excuse for not excersising is that I dont need to lose weight, therefore I can forgo the excercise. :teeth:

Oh, and Mark is rocking, he posted another installment tonight!

Hi Bonnie, I think there are a mixture of well and sick and busy folks here (or some of all)

Moo, forgot to say, I love your spotted reindeer!

This week is going so fast. I still have wrapping , teachers gift to get and more cookies of course.

I hope Hannah wakes up feeling better. She was okay this afternoon again and by dinner time that darn fever came back.

She really wants to go tomorrow because they have the school Christmas mass. They give out medals at once a month at their masses. This month is for generousity and she really thinks she is going to get one. She loves to give her candy away she wins to people who don't win so she may get it. Plus we gave a lot to the poor family too. She cleaned out my cupboard.

How long will your daughter be there Moo? How exciting to have her home and then go to WDW too.

Pumba-- Welcome Home. :cheer2:

I told Rhonda tonight that I realized how close Christmas is. Our neighborhood has been decorated more this year seemingly than in years past. Lights everywhere - it looks really neat. But they'll all be gone soon!

Boooooo!

Blessings!

Hi, Bonnie! So did you buy any of those cute, expensive clothes? Hunh, did ya! Did ya!!!

Watching Chitty Chitty Bang Bang now. Toot, toot!

Bet you can guess how my younger sister used to pronounce that movie title when she was little. It always had us :rotfl2:

Mari will be home for a little over a week, Nab. I think she's heading back around the time I go to Disney. Glad Hannah is feeling a little better.

Have to dash over to Mark's TR!

Hi Cheryl! Yes, I spent $300 there and I hardly got anything. But I did get some bonus bucks thingies to use next time I shop there. I'll save quite a bit next time. You know, my mom used to Mispronounce "Chitty Chitty" on purpose (after we were teenagers). We'd laugh every time!

NAB, I told Ainslee that Baby Alive is too hideous and so I got her a Cabbage Patch Baby who cries and drinks her bottle instead. She's much cuter! :thumbsup2

Hey, Marita! How are things going? Are you one of the sick people? I hope not ! :grouphug:

Hi Bonnie, no I am not sick. I guess you missed my post about smoking and drinking keeping the germs away, LOL.

Nab, did you see your ticker??????

Toot -- Yes she is a scary looking doll but she saw the commerical everymorning for I don't know how long and that is the only thing she asked Santa for in letters and at the Mall. I even asked her what if Santa can't find one she told me I was silly because the elves make of course.

Where is UMA today?

Marita --Did you get your tree decorated. Last I heard I think it was up. If that present is as big as you said that is all you need to but on the tree... :lmao:

Mark-- I know what you mean, there is alot of lights in our neighbourhood too but I think it had to do a the nice weather we have been having.

Oh Bonnie, I forgot, do you know Pongo and Dre (and Lacto who is still MIA) and Mark and Rhonda and Haley?

Not well, but I know who they are and like them a whole bunch!

NAB, my daughter decorated the tree today, but she swears we are missing a box of stuff somewhere. Plus she left off some ornaments that I think are very cute, fruits with glitter (ok, maybe a little garish, but I like them). She said she will get some more ornaments. But it looks pretty good now.

UMA, I need some of those bows. Saw a tree today at the Boardwalk that was really pretty with red bows.

I'm with you, Bonnie, on thinking the Cabbage Patch babies are cuter. But it is tough when your children have their hearts set on something in particular.

I still remember how hard they were to get when my daughter was little. Kind of like the Wii's of the 80s!

I didn't get all my stuff on my tree this year, we have a lot. Tons of Hallmark things. And tons of teddy bears. I used to collect everything teddy bears.

Marita-- I'm sure it is beautiful. I am probably the only one that still puts icicle tinsel on the tree. I just seems bare with out it.

Hey!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

YAK is BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm a poet (too, Mark) and didn't know it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bounding right in again for a semi-quick drive by.

How's everyone?????

I've been busy busy busy lately.

And now to add to it.....Thanks NAB!

You've sent the germs my way. DS is down with the same as your Hannah.
DH had to pick him up at school - I was out cross-boarder shopping :teeth:
Temp is up and down. A little Zzubing and lots of coughing! I'm now waiting on DD to catch it and guaranteed I'll have it by Xmas!

I'm still trying to finish the Xmas cards. Hee-hee my friends will probably get them sometime around February.

Erin - very nice to see you

You guys are doing a fantabulous job keeping the boat afloat (there I go again with the poet thing...)

I'll end (I'm exhausted) with a little song DD has been singing of late.....to the tune of Jingle Bells.

Dashing through the snow
On a pair of broken ski's
Over the hills we go
Crashing into trees.

Ouch, ouch, ouch.

The snow is turning red
I think I'm nearly dead.
I better get to the hospital
So they can stitch my head.

:confused3 Where do they learn this stuff. We just did the "Batman smells, Robin layed an egg" verson.

At least it's a little festive with the tree's and red...... :lmao:

Have a great one Vikings.

Keep on rowing!

:boat:

Yak-- Sorry to here that about your son. It is a furious cycle. I blame the weather even if I love this weather. Just give me snow for Christmas Day and then it can go away again. Hope you found some great bargins there. I didn't even get over the border this year to shop.
