hey buddy!! you are the one that deserted me for the neighbor, remember????

ok girls, here's today's shoe. Sorry, boys, no legs today!! Better luck next time!!! :teeth:

Sheri, the no leg thing is unacceptable!

Especially since you started your first pictures with leg and now all you give us is shoe. Maybe if you started with shoe and then leg we would be OK, but this, how could you?

Makes a guy just want to pack up his keyboard and start reading books or something!

Last edited by sheridac : Today at 02:04 PM. Reason: I've already promised to jump you, hug you, scream for you, wear a short skirt for you and bring you absolute citron. What more can you ask for???

Apparently he can ask for leg....
Come on Sher, give the man some leg.

Are we going to get a daily shoe update, complete with pics?
We should go shoe shopping...

Hi guys! Just popping in to say..........

I'm still in a funk.......I won't go into the gorry details as I don't want to be responsible for all your keyboards.

Anyhoo-

Shout out to Everyone.
Some random ramblings:

Lala - have a good vacation!

Marky - nice legs.......shame about the...boatrace! Excellent that your AC arrived. I cannot imagine GA without A/C

Amy - hope DS is A-OK! Did you get out for the pic's?

Chappie - WB - pictures were great!

Mommy P - congrats on the tag

Sher - as always

MG/Tink/Pongo/Anyone else who's under the weather - hope y'all are feeling better soon.

Want to know something REAL scary?

I was in bed last night and DH comes in and says, "the neighbours house was just broken into" and they were home!! At 11:30pm!!
Apparently the perps broke into a basement window. Came upstairs to the main floor and neighbour heard them and called the police. She was home alone with her 2 yr old! Her DH was away!!!
We live in very small town. Not in any city. We have one store and a feed mill. This sort of thing is very rare. No one has alarms. Never been a need.
At least they scared off the scum and they left without incident.
Police came right away and patrolled the area for awhile.
So......I'm calling the alarm people today to connect our alarm system.
I wonder if I can send the bill to the creeps!

No skating tonight!

Later, taters!

Wow, YAK, that's scary!!

Okay, have to share a cute story about my 11 yr old. Just called to see how his day was (yes, my kids are STILL in school), and asked about his Social Studies test. He said it was good, but he had a little trouble remembering the name of the island where Tiberius lived........but he knew it had something to do with pants.

"Pants?" I said. "Did you remember? What was it?

I just get such a kick out of him. What 11 year old BOY thinks like that?!

No. I have done Imitrex. Didn't help. Neither did...forgot the name...tried it once, didn't work.

The best thing usually is a hydrocodone or oxycodone and bed.

It's pretty weird. I started getting them when I was in 7th grade. They were bad then. Always got sick with them. Vomited until I was empty and then dry heaved for a couple of hours. Kept them for about a year and then they stopped. Nothing changed, they just stopped.

For 10 years. Never had one.

Then they started again. Still got sick, but not quite as badly as with the first batch. That was probably 10 years ago. Give or take. Now, I get the flashing lights, lose vision, and then it's a crap shoot as to whether or not it hurts badly.

Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. There is always pain involved, but it isn't always fetal position, wishing someone would split my head open with an axe pain anymore. Sometimes it is, but not always.

Like I said. Weird.

I have wondered if they have anything to do with my other problem. I have a small free-flowing cyst on my brain. They first found it when they were looking into the cause of my migraines (the original episodes). They have done scans on it since and it has never enlarged, so they aren't worried about it, but I have often wondered if it is a contributing factor.

Oh well.

I guess this concludes this episode of Operating Theatre with Master G.

Not sure where that all came from...

Oh yeah, Sher was being helpful.

Thanks for the concern hon.

MG - My dad used to have really bad migraines, too. He tried everything. The only thing that ever worked for him was oxygen. He still keeps a tank in his closet just in case.

Oddly enough, they went away when I got married and moved away. But they DID come back about 12 years later. They only came back for a short period of time, though. And they weren't as bad as they used to be.

Have you tried the oxygen yet?

Cassoulet....my dear friend
Where the heck have you been?
This is the first I have seen of you

Tink,

Thanks for the suggestion. I haven't tried O2. Never heard that it would help.

Can just anyone buy Oxygen? Should I go through my Dr. to try it?

Stroganoff - I've been at home with severe intestinal distress. Starts at 2am and lasts all night long. So I am whipped by the time I get up for work. I've been home the last 2 days. I hope to return tomorrow.

Go try one more time, third time is a charm. It took me three tries before a pair finally left the store with me.

I am really glad I bit the bullet (so to speak). Crocs are a very comfortable FastPass :thumbsup2

I'm not sure about that. I think you may need to go through your Dr., though.

Haley and Master G - Sorry about the migraines. I've never had one, but heard they are BRUTAL. Hope you are better soon.

Rhonda and Marky Mark - Glad ya'll got your air back - what a terrible time for it to go out. We still need to meet for lunch when Wesley is feeling better.

Horsegirl - Your daughter is gorgeous!!!! WOW!!! You will have boy troubles for sure. She's a looker.

Sheridac - Speaking of lookers, ;) , love all the pics. The cemetary training is serving you well.
