I like some of those shoes. Here a question though...Am I cheap or does anyone else cringe when they see a $100 pair of shoes? I mean I think twice when shoes cost $30 and when they are like $60 I mark the page in the catalog and dream of owning them one day. I just can't spend out that kind of money on shoes.

Now that I'm outta school I should look for a better paying job. Maybe then I would be less cheap.

Hint: You guys could get together and sign me up for "What Not to Wear" then I could buy some nice shoes.

Girl! This was said in my office last week. A suggestion was made that we contact the producers and say that the ENTIRE OFFICE needs a makeover. (We really do. ALL OF US.)

GA- Not to well for me. I started coming down with a cold yesterday. It kept getting worse all day. We still went to the resturant with everyone and had a drink but this cold came at the worst time.

Anyhoo...We are going to a Fantasy Football draft party this weekend. I'm going to live it up there.

After my Max was born I decided it was safe to buy nice shoes. Two babies and my size was the same. Safe. I got to wear my nice shoes while I took Max out in the stroller. Also to the mall sometimes. Yipee. Then I moved to the land of ice and snow, and worse salt. Cause that is what you do if you have ice, you salt it. Not great for shoes. So I put them away. Took them back out for the 4.2 weeks of summer.

Then we decided to have just one more baby. 'Cause Momma wanted her girl. Got one, so that was good. But my feet grew. Right out of my shoes. Took me years to part with them.

I have never really recovered from that blow. Also I wouldn't be able to stand in those ones Shel-Bee posted. Nope. Mama is uncoordinated. Very.

Except FRICK had her days mixed up! So she might not be able to do EE with us!! As she said, "crap on a cracker"!

Just read Mel's last installment, too. Awesome.

And...I am going to spend some time with the boys tonight. I've been missing the Monk-a-thons every night. (My youngest has a new addiction. To Monk. Yes, the tv show.) They have been renting seasons and watching one or two a night. While I DIS and TGM and chat. So I think I will join them tonight.

I will share one touching moment of the wedding.

It was towards the end of the ceremony and Andy and I were kneeling at the altar. (spelling?) We had just gotten done listening to our soloists sing the last song, when the organist entered into another song. Which came as a surprise to all.
As the soloists were taking their seats, he turns to me and says "Do you recognize the song that is being played?" I say no, because it had just started. He turns to me and says "It's A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes". I start bawling. Flat out. He hands me another tissue and says "I got connections" He had planned it all just for me. I lost it. It was so special and sweet it was unreal. Something you only read in a storybook or see on tv.
Love that man I do.

I have some pictures, taken by a friend. I am going to try to post some here in a bit.

Just wanted to stop in and say hi and say thanks.

By the way, did you happen to drive down to VA for a mini honeymoon? Cause I passed a car with "just married" written on the windows and I was happy, cause it could have been you and Andy. SO, if you happened to be driving on I-64 eastbound near Williamsburg on Sunday, the car that passed you and was honking like an idiot, yeah, that was me.
